State of Illinois Please start an Illinois State Bank to help all of us in IL and it would solve som

We have a huge banking problem in IL and the whole entire country. We do not have enough Small banks to fund this state with. We also have a huge deficit problem in IL would be solved somewhat if the State of IL would Open up an Illinois State Bank which every single IL resident would use and it would pay off some of IL's deficits that is causing this state to function bad like our pension problem, paying off the schools, paying off the Unions in Illinois, and so on. It would make banking in Illinois so much easier also. Please sign this petition to let our Illinois State Officials know that we need an Illinois State Bank in IL.
