Allow experienced animal welfare officers to become endorsed by state government to enforce the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act

At present the only persons allowed to enforce POCTA are RSPCA/DEPI/VICPOL/LOCAL LAWS yet there are many other animal welfare organisations in Victoria that are more experienced than the above but the state government are allowing only selected . Animal Liberation, and Animals Australia are the front liners that always bring to the public allegations of cruelty ei; Live export of animals., live baiting they were the groups that openly sought prosecutions to these ugly events. To endorse these experienced officers to enforce POCTA would enhance the possibility of stamping out cruelty
