Francisco Gonzales of Multnomah County Oregon killed Kona, a service dog, in a hot stolen vehicle. Kona also showed signs of sexual assault by the thief.
We must insist that Jenny M. Madkour, District Attorney of Multnomah County, apply the harshest sentences to Francisco Gonzales.
Crimes against animals must be dealt with as a felony-not a misdemeanor.
