We strongly oppose the unlawful occupation of property at 328 Norwich St. by the OTMC Motorcycle Club in our residential neighborhood.

This motorcycle club is unlawfully conducting meetings and occupying a property that was formally a church, that is zoned for R6 residential. They even parking lot in the back of the property. Motorcycles are loud and disrupting and people are coming into our neighborhood daily that are not residents. This is a huge safety concern. We want to keep our quiet neighborhood peaceful and this is causing daily disruptions already. We have no issue with a motorcycle club however, it should be in a non-residential area not one with families and small children. This area has been on an upgrade over the past 5 years with property values rising with quality residents.
