Our communities and birds are in jeopardy — the economic and environmental health of the American West are at risk due to the declining quantity and quality of water.

Our science shows that drought and climate change affect birds in the West, such as the American Avocet. Plants and animals and our way of life are at stake — that means millions of acres of farmland and ranches, urban and rural communities, recreational opportunities, our economies, as well as incredible bird life.
