END THE SLAUGHTER OF 4,600 PEACEFUL INNOCENT BEARS IN Wisconsin fall of 2023, ORPHANING THOUSANDS OF BEAR CUBS

The Wisconsin DNR plans to KILL 4,600 innocent black bears over packs of dogs and bait September/October for a tiny minority of bear killers to get their jollies. Packs of dogs catch cubs and other wildlife on the ground and tear them apart, running unlimited dogs, no license needed through July and August heat. They terrorize and trespass private property. Killing thousands of mother bears with young cubs will orphan thousands of little bears born last spring, leaving them to starve, be hit on roads, and die. No plan for the cubs, no mercy for any bears. Black bears in the United States may kill one human per year (defending themselves from being killed ) and are much more peaceful than men. With 70% of wildlife extinguished on the planet since 1960, we must reform state agencies to partner with our last 30% of wildlife who weave the world together for us and their fellow wildlife.
