Clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene are basic human rights. Yet, 1 in 10 people live without clean water, almost 1 in 5 don't have decent toilets, and half of the world's healthcare facilities lack basic handwashing facilities.

Despite this, successive UK governments have slashed funding for these essential services by 77% since 2018.
