Boomerang rebranded and I gotta say it was the OPPOSITE of an improvement. They took off all the old awesome shows like Tex Avery, Hanna-Barbera, etc. and it was replaced by The Garfield Show, The Looney Tunes Show, and Tom & Jerry Show. Not to mention the logo. They have a logo that's similar to Cartoon Network's. The old logo actually had a Boomerang on it to represent their channel. The new announcer is now a little kid. A kid! Oh and they replaced all the cool toy bumpers and the promos for Jetsons, Flintstone, Tom and Jerry, etc. in favor of the same bumpers over and over! Oh and did I forget the blocks like Boomerock, Boomeraction, etc. Oh wait, did I mention that they got rid of all the shorts like Cat 22, Mr. Bixby, and they also got rid of Boomerang-a-long along with the music video shorts. And you know, they rebranded all for money. Cartoon Network, we don't have to pay you anymore, ya know. What's the point of even calling it Boomerang anymore? Just call it Cartoon Network 2. We loved you because of Boomerang, the real boomerang, and you just threw that away! You betrayed us! You sunk childhood, all because of money! We're your fans, Cartoon Network, and now you've crossed the line! Think about it. Which is more important? Making money, or treating your fans fairly? Boomerang shouldn't be like this! It should have the old classic cartoons on it. I mean sure 15 years is a long time, but it's not the length of time that matters. What matters is that you were, and still could be an awesome TV channel. I mean, where else are we gonna see these type of shows. There's no other channel that shows classic cartoons except for you. A lot of people never even seen these type of shows, and they never will now that you've rebranded. You're called Boomerang for a reason. You shouldn't try and mimic Cartoon Network. We love you just the way you are. If you're gonna make a channel for kids, just make another channel instead of taking over Boomerang. Okay, maybe this is a long descripsion, but hey, at least I'm specific. Audience of Boomerang, I beg of you, sign this petition so that cartoon network will see this, and they should change everything back. Let's sign this so childhood doesn't become extinct!
