Girl THROWING LIVE PUPPIES Into the river to DROWN

The girl is laughing as she joyously throws defenseless puppies like frisbees into the turbulent water of a river. Since she has on a jacket, the water is probably very cold. There is little doubt the puppies did not survive. Someone knows who this heartless pathetic excuse for a human being is. The videographer is as culpable. They need to be charged. The cruelty is despicable. Cowardly. Pathetic.

The cruelty is despicable. Cowardly. Pathetic. A charge for each puppy thrown heartlessly into the water. thank you. Please help us identify this despicable excuse for a human.
