Seat belts on buses

Isn't it strange that we have to wear a seat belt or be fined, as it is safe for us to do so, but our children ride buses every day and never wear one?  Make the companies put them in and keep our children safe.

Dear Governor Quinn,

I would like to see that seat-belts become mandatory in school buses.  Bus companies should install seat-belts in buses as it is a law to have them on in passenger cars.
