Management Change at Sudbury District Animal Control

It's been long enough that we've asked for changes at our local Animal Control. It's been 20 plus years the current contract holder has had the contract. We want to see more compassion for our pound animals. We want to see more respect for the community.  We want the neglect to stop! We no longer want a breeder running the Animal Control. We no longer want a boarding kennel in the same building as our pound animals! 
We are no longer asking for these changes but demanding.
