Thousands of dogs per year are stolen across China and are held in inhumane conditions until they are slaughtered. Many still even wearing their collars. The dogs are held hundreds to a cage, tortured and frightened with no veterinary care and no compassion from their captors. The annual Yulin Dog Meat Festival in China even promotes the trade of dog meat as well as promoting the illegal torture of stolen pets. The torture and abuse of dogs for the profit of China's meat trade has to stop now.
