Save leatherback sea turtles

Endangered leatherback sea turtles are being caught and suffocated by the mile-long gillnets used to target swordfish along the Pacific coast. These oceanic death traps have also been known to kill over 30 other species, including bottlenose dolphins, great white sharks, sea birds, and even sperm whales.

Speak out today to urge the Pacific Fisheries Management Council and the National Marine Fisheries Service to ban the use of these deadly underwater traps today, and develop safer, more sustainable fishing methods in their place.
