Make the Garland, Texas animal shelter No Kill

In loving memory of Cody Wade Edwards, a lifelong friend of animals who was killed in a tragic auto accident, I believe our municipal shelter in Garland, Texas should save the lives of all healthy and treatable pets by becoming a No Kill facility. For the love of our pets and the love of our community, and in memory of Cody, Garland should join the 500+ (and growing) communities nationwide who have No Kill municipal shelters.
