Demand the State of California ban the sale of dogs and cats

Hundreds of thousands of cats and dogs are euthanized every year in the State of California while breeders and pet shops sell puppies, kittens, dogs and cats. Worse, breeders freely engage in producing more dags and cats dooming the oversupply to a sure death.
Demand California ban the sale of all pets unless the animal is a certified rescue from a licensed entity.
