Demand the licensing & neutering of all dogs & cats to help reduce the number of strays & ensure proper justice for people who abuse animals

The number of unwanted dogs & cats in this country is disgusting. The fact that anyone can breed from their animal & then throw out the female if she can no longer breed, whilst all the time making huge amounts of money is sickening.
There should not be the number of strays currently being looked after by shelters up & down the country.
The evil scum that hurt & torture animals never face any real justice.
This is 2015 - we should not be treating animals like this.
