Releasing Balloons into the Air is littering. Make it a Law by 2020

Balloons should be classified as litter because both mylar and latex do not break down in landfills. If released, balloons eventually fall to land or sea causing power outages, fire or death to any living thing that eats the debris. Helium used to fill a balloon is a natural resource which is running out. Balloons that are released are worse than any litter and needs and law to stop their release. Help the environment Today and make it a law.
