Urge the Minister of Justice to reconsider the legal status of animals

The 15th April 2014, the Members of the French Parliament have voted the change of the definition of animals from "movable/immovable property" to "sensitive living being"
But in the French Civil Code, only two legal statuses are existing, "persons" and "properties", and animals are considered as properties! So we ask the creation of a third category of legal status exclusively for the domestic and wild animals, with the rights they deserve.
