End police profiling in New York

As everyone is well aware, many police officers judge individuals based on their race. Areas with higher minorities have been known to also have more cops and cops are much more likely to stop minorities. When learning about my community i saw how diverse my neighborhood was but also saw how high the arrest rate was and how many cops are out in busy areas. There is likely a direct link to the fact that there is a larger minority population, that more people are being stopped and arrested for smaller crimes.
