Breeding beagles for animal testing is animal cruelty.

Beagles, along side any breed of dog, are apart of many families all around the UK. Yet the government see's it fit to approve farms, especially equipped for breeding beagles, for animal testing. Anyone who owns a dog or even knows a dog will understand they are capable of so much emotion, for any person to exile any creature to a life time of pain and misery should not be in charge of a country.
