Make Consumer Grade Fireworks Legal!

Many Brentwood residents complain about the illegal use of fireworks within city limits. However, fireworks are a part of American tradition, used to celebrate American holidays such as Independence Day and New Year's. Keep American tradition and culture alive by allowing the use of consumer grade fireworks within city limits as long as proper safety precautions and fire hazards have been taken/noted and fireworks are shot before 12 A.M. with the exception of New Year's being no later than 12:30 A.M. on New Year's Day. This petition also calls for local neighborhoods and/or governments to publicly note these precautions and hazards!
