Lower Valley Needs a Recycling Program, Now!

As a teen growing up in Clint, recycling was just a topic touched in school. After living overseas for a couple of years and experiencing the strictness of their recycling programs, I can testify that the reward is very well worth it. Currently, the Lower Valley Water Company does not have a recycling program in place. Starting a recycling program for the Lower Valley community would have great impact! Even a community recycling program, would be a significant start. Creating jobs, improving our environment, and even lifting community morale. Schools and offices alone would make a substantial influence. We can not receive what we have not asked for, let's make our voices hear!
