ARCHDIOCESE OF NEWARK AND ALL OTHER ARCHDIOCESES LISTEN TO US

This petition is seeking Archbishop Myers to reassign Father Michael Fugee to a cautious responsible position that prohibits all contact with children and does not allow for any involvement with authority or policy making for young priests It further seeks that all Archbishops before assigning a priest or a deacon to any parish shall provide that parish with an affidavit certifying that the priest or deacon  has no criminal history  including but not limited to criminal sexual misconduct with a child  The petition further seeks all Archdiocese Review Boards shall have no authority to make recomendations to the Archbishop to allow a priest or deacon to return to ministry if that priest or deacon has been legally adjudicated to be guilty of criminal sexual contact with a child or has made a confession to authorites of criminal sexual contact.
