Create Community Gardens

Apartment complexes have little land for cultivation of food. We need the ability to produce our own produce and not be dependendent upon agribusiness that uses GMO, pesticides and nutrition depleted soils. Local governments should require apartment owners to allow for growing produce, and for solar energy panels.
