Make North Carolina a Mandatory Spay/Neuter State

There is a major problem accuring everyday in the State of North Carolina. Thousands of dogs are being killed for no other reason than there isn't enough room. This needs to stop! The best way to stop this injustice is to create a law for state wide mandatory spay and neutering. Not only will this stop useless killing and help with overpopulation. It will also stop puppy mills, backyard breeding, and the problem of an an wanted litter.

All of those issues are great but there's also one more. It would also solve a lot of aggression issues that male dogs have. If male dogs don't make their testoranrone builds but and they become anxious and that is why they become aggressive. So please sign this petition and let North Carolina know that you care about the lives of innocent dogs. Thank you.
