Otay Regional Park/River bottom is in jurisdiction with The city of San Diego, the city of Chula Vista and the County of San Diego. For decades it has been known for murder, homelessness junk yard and crime. 5 murders is just too many for us to ignore.

Let's force them to mow the lawn, get rid of weeds and put up street lights of their 21 acre.. 11 mile park.
