Congressional self given healthcare and retirement

1. All Congressional members will either be fined or lose their office if they accept a gift from any group, organization, or corporation, as this interferes with their ability to represent their constituents. Article I of the Constitution does not give them this right!
2. Congress and the President lose their self given healthcare plan and participate in the same plans as all Americans do. After retirement they are open to collect Social Security and Medicare like everyone else.
3. All members of Congress and the President must purchase their own retirement plans as all Americans must.
