Demand the return of my six cats, NOW!

On a complaint, my cats were seized by the local humane society & animal control & the local veterinarians were complicit, as well as Alley Cats Allies. Although, CA Penal 597.1 says seizure records are to be open for public inspection for three years, I am told if I pursue what happened to my cats, I will be arrested & jailed. These people need to be held accountable & uphold their oath of office to comply with the law.
