Want a fenced dog park on the corner of Inskip and Pennsylvania Avenues.

This petition is to allow a fenced in two gated dog area, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs. This will be a private dog park where each dog would be vetted and interviewed to make sure that they were not aggressive. There would be a yearly fee which will pay for the insurance, upkeep, and payment to the Camp Meeting.

There would be gates that would be on timers to allow member availability only during the hours of 8am to dusk. The dogs would be tagged and the owner would have a fob for the electronic gate. The area would be policed by its members and weekly maintained. The area would be insured. Each member would sign a contract whereby their compliance with the rules of the park.
