Stop landlords and housing disallowing Dogs and cats as they are family members too!

AS A CAT OR DOG IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR CHRISTMAS PREVENT LANDLORDS,COUNCILS,HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS BEING ABLE TO REFUSE FAMILY PETS THAT ALREADY PART OF THAT FAMILY.
IT CAUSES UPSET TO THE FAMILY BUT ALSO GIVES THE PET PROTECTION TO STAY WITH THEIR FAMILY, AND NOT THROWN INTO A SHELTER THAT THEY WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY REHOMING OR WORSE STILL GETTING KILLED.
