As of right now it is legal for adults 21 and older to text and drive in the state of Missouri. Every 1 of 4 car crashes are caused by using a phone behind the wheel. 46 states have already prohibited the use of handheld devices behind the wheel. A bill is already in progress to ban the use of hand held devices for all ages, we need your help to move this bill along faster. Cloria Brown is sponsoring the bills HB 1297 and HB 1298, the bills have only been read twice in the House of Representatives in the past two years.
