Demand an end to animal abuse in Laboratory testing

I saw on CBS tv today, how many dogs, have Never been outside of their cages, subjected to painful experiments, and not given any Love, and many left to die.
These test animals have rights, and should be treated more humanely, and these Laboratory's need to be monitored and held accountable, but outside group, please help me stand up for these poor animals
