Free my boston terrier Jake E, help bring him home to his mom

June 6, 2011 ....driving into Disneyland entrance in Anaheim, CA...saw a boston terrior run into road and a car hit this little dog and drug him approx 10 car lengths and then the little dog dropped out from under the car and I ran to pick him up, hailed a taxi, left my car unattended....had taxi driver take me to emergency clinic for pets...they said he wouldn't make it...next morning took him to specialty clinic in Tustin, CA, 24 hour around the clock veterinary "one on one" care....Jake E has swollen brain, lost his eyesight, unknown if little boston terrior would survive. I extended my stay at hotel in Anaheim and keep a daily visit to clinic to see little boston terrior. I paid $7000 to get him out of the clinic on the 10th day and he could stand up and was out of oxygen tank but could not see me. I drove him home to Phoenix area. ................ I was devastated because my husband said I had to give up the dog ...or he was going to leave home(my husband.) I am a senior. I let my husband leave and move to San Francisco area for 6 weeks. After several emails to my husband, I thought I should have chosen my husband instead of my dog. 
On July 27th I met with a lady from the Boston Terrier Rescue and I handed her Jake. She shoved something in front of me to sign and I was blinded by tears so I couldn't read it. In early August
I contacted the Arizona Boston Terrior Rescue personnel and begged to get Jake E back. Said I would pay for him. Told them he had mites and a bad immune system since the traumatic car accident he had been in...and that I had his medicine..told them he was partially blind. They told me he had been checked at a veterinarian's and was not blind and he had been adopted out 7 days prior. Jake E is blind. He runs into corner of walls, his perripheal vision is horrible and he has no night vision. I  love my dog. No one could care for him the way I cared for him. I made a mistake and this little dog is paying the price. If you love animals the way I do....please help me get Jake E back. The Arizona Boston Terrior Rescue Group thinks that they know what is best for all these little dogs but I would keep Jake E alive under any circumstances, cancer, anything. I would find the financial resources as I did when I found him to keep him alive. All the veterinarians turned him away and said he wouldn't couldn't make it....but he did. He is about 2-3 years old...possibly a little older. He has a microchip I had put in. He has a white right eye, most bostons have black over their eyes. He has a lot of pink around his nose and white eye. I had 4 veterinarians he was seeing for several issues as he has ongoing health issues. He loves to eat rocks......I made one mistake....when the Arizona Boston Rescue lady met me and she took my dog away from me and won't give him back. I need help. I was crying so hard that day that I don't even know what I signed when I met her. I couldn't see through my tears. I am 63 years old. I have rescued and helped pets all my life. I am retired and can be with my Jake E 24 hours a day. He couldn't possibly be in a better home than I have to offer. ....my dog has a scar under his jaw where his top tooth went through his bottom jaw when the car ran over him  on June 6th and I thought he was dead as I picked him up off the road and took him to emergency. Please, please help me by signing my petition to get Jake E back from whomever has him. Everyone makes a mistake at some point of their life. I made a mistake when I gave up my dog so my husband would return.......... I have not been able to live with myself.  True love is when someone loves you enough to support you and help you........please help me.  he went everywhere with me....on planes, in the car.....I never left him unattended for one moment. unless he was in his kennel...please view him and take the time to help me get him back by signing my petition, I appreciate your help. They have him down as 3 year and 3 months, bobbed tail, and brown eyes......I know the adopted owners do not know that he is blind because I told Az Boston Terrior group and they said he wasn't. I have all the reports to prove that he cannot see in the dark and he runs into walls when he is chasing balls....and running. He nips at your buttox when you walk in front of him......he will bite your feet if you swing a foot out in front of him. Someone may have kicked him in the past.
