An end to election rigging in Nigeria

Nigeria budgets huge amount to conducting elections at the end of the exercise citizen crie because their votes doesn't reflect their choices as it used to be manipulated.i feel concerned about this because political instability affects virtually every other sectors of individuals engagement.i will appreciate if sitting government stops supervising election or appointing officials who heads electoral institutions.exercise should be supervised and conducted by foreign observals.
