Why should a police officer who is trained to deal with dogs be able to shoot one dead with no action other then assumptions? Why can the health department despose of a dead animal body in a land fill with no call to the owner???
i was at work. My home was broken into, my dog stood his ground as he was trained to do. He was then thrown out of the apartment and cornered by police officers from over a fence with guns and tasers. He was barking because he was scared. He never once charged towards anyone, he ran from them and they shot him. Instead of getting the intruder out and letting him go back into his home where he wanted to be. Binghamton police didn't try to find out who lived there, refused for people to call the landlord. There are many witness ready to defend my boy. On top of that they through his away like he was nothing. No phone call no text. I came home to his blood everywhere with a note saying my dog was dispatched. There are protocols and laws broken.
His story will he told and people will know what happened.
