Put stops on animal abusers. NY needs to have an Animal Abuse Registry now!

We would be able to track abusers from trying to get animals to fight, for bait or just plain torture. Animal shelters would have a advantage for adoptions to the wrong kind of people. Our pets deserve this kind of help. They cannot speak for themselves so we need to reach out to help them. Please sign if you love your pets because some pets do not have anyone for them. Too many dog fights still going on, hoarders mean well but are misdirected in the purpose of caring.
It is the ethical thing to do.
