Central High School Dress Code

at Central high school a new rule has been in placed, telling female students that they can’t wear shorts 4 inches above the knee. This is violating our personal rights to expression, and being able to wear weather appropriate clothes. when the heat index is in the 3 digits this can cause health problems to students. Teen girls are going to another solution wearing even shorter tennis shorts that are more exposing than shorts are, but are not getting dress coded. A woman should be able to express themselves without a staff members telling them that their style is “distracting” or “inappropriate for males”.
