Safeguard Properties is based out of cleveland Ohio, this company has a horrible track record for keeping money that its contractors earn and charging them back on their pay if they so please. They also have thrown many people out onto the street, working closely with banks such as Bank of America, Citi Bank, Chase Manhattan, HSBC, to name a few. This housing and urban development(HUD) company is taking advantage of everyone that it hires, and is abusing its power by taking advantage of homeowners throughout the nation. Lets stop these corporate criminals and hold them accountable.
My name is John Paul Markham. My father and I worked for Safeguard Properties for over 10 years. This company owes us and many other contractors alot of money, but in typical beauracratic fashion they make up the rules as they go along and take no responsibility for their actions. Because of their actions my family along with many other homeowners and contractors have been abused and taken advantage of by the poor business practices of Safeguard Properties. We believe Safeguard should be held accountable and all employees past and present, and homeowners abused by this company need some sort of justice so the actions of this company no longer happen to anyone else. Together we can end this corporate abuse of power by this housing and urban development organization Safeguard Properties.
