IOWA COURT OVERTURNS CONVICTION OF PUPPY BEATEN TO DEATH WITH A BASEBALL BAT

The Court of Appeals did not find this crime DEPRAVED or SADISTIC to warrant a conviction.

This poor 7 month old Boston Terrior (very small) dog was beaten to death with a baseball bat by the owner. His little mangle body was found in tall grass near the apartment.

Please, please don't let this death go unconvicted.
