Everyone should be able to read its name correctly in internet

On 1991 UTF-8 was invented, the most popular Unicode encoding. It allows to show all the characters of all living languages and it's a standard for the web ( W3C).
BUT: too many websites don't allow to their users to use other characters that are not in the OBSOLETE encoding called ASCII (e.g. English letters) or regional encodings for only few languages so don't support other alphabeths. This may mean no respect for the users that use different languages.

Sign (and ask for signing) if you agree that:
websites should respect their users by displaying correctly the people's names and words in any language, since the UTF-8 (20 years old!) allows that. No regional encoding but before all NO ASCII. Web developers should consider that. Similar, all programs should support Unicode, at least UTF-8, expecially if they manage/edit text. Saving as Unicode should be the default for every text editor.

(*) 1st success (or coincidence?): I noticed that now the names are clearly visibles also in the older petitions. Before this petition started, this didn't happen. Let's hope that also the other websites will do the same, and that also on the description of petitions Unicode will be accepted soon.
