Ban Horse-drawn carriages in Memphis



This is for anyone that has a heart. Does it bother anyone else when you see these beautiful carriage horses standing in the heat and the hard concrete all day?  Anyone who knows anything about horses will tell you that they have 1,500 lbs standing on hoofs that are no larger than 6 inches wide.  It's cruel and old fashioned.  How selfish are we? Ride the trolly and no animal has to suffer and you won't sacrifice your fun.
