Animal cruelty under the Guise of

So many people surrender their pets to these places, and help fund them, not knowing what really goes on in them. It's important that people know the truth, and that these places know that they're being watched,and that people care. If nothing else, maybe the fact that their funding will suffer will change the way they do things. This treatment is even more disgusting that it is done by people (or organizations) whose sole purpose is supposed to be caring for the well being of animals.
