Puppy Found Hanging Dead From Leash at Playground Deserves Justice

A puppy was found strangled and hanging from a leash at Dallas' Buckner Terrace Park. The authorities state they do not know where the small German Shepherd puppy came from, but it appears as if the death was intentional. They are searching for information on the puppy's background and what malicious person killed this puppy so they can be punished to the fullest extent of the law. The goal of this petition is to seek the maximum penalty for the perpetrator/s who were involved in the puppy's death.
