The layout at Clara Road, Moate, Co. Westmeath dangerous to motorists and pedestrians alike
The segregating kerbs which have been placed at a short distance from Moate Motors protrude beyond the line onto the road are extremely dangerous and could prove fatal if not seen by motorists. These two kerbs also posing a risk to pedestrians if a motor accident should occur.
The road at Clara Road Junction has been severely narrowed causing a like risk. In the last few years the volume of traffic has increased at least two fold exasperating these stated risks.
