Stop Dog Euthanasia in Bucharest, Romania

People need to help stand up against the dog euthanasia going on in Bucharest, Romania. The fact that the President of Romania, Traian Basescu, is going to euthanize tens of thousands of helpless animals is extremely disheartening and morally unacceptable. The Prime Minister, Victor Ponta, has stated that he believes that humans are above dogs.  Dogs are just as important as humans and equally deserving of life. There is an over population of humans in this world as well, should we start killing them off too? Why should tens of thousands of dogs have to suffer the unthinkable because they have been forced to fend for themselves due to the abandonment of humans?
