Dont Let Children and Teens Get Away With Animal Abuse

Toby was a 5-month-old puppy who, in 2007, was brutally murdered by three minors. The boys who tortured and killed Toby were only 12, 14, and 16 years old. They were still children, and yet they showed themselves to be capable of unthinkable evil. No new law will ever erase what happened to Toby or to countless other animals who have suffered at the hands of minors, but Toby’s Law seeks to bring some justice to these innocent animals.
