Please help us oppose the zoning change from single family to Multi-Family on South Holly. This property is off of Center St, behind Sory School and immediately south of Dennis Teague’s beloved treehouse. This 3 story apartment complex proposes 336 units in 13 buildings and a clubhouse. Several buildings would be about 80 feet from Dennis’s front door. It does not conform to the neighborhood, adds traffic on Center and Moore St. All of the new construction in the area is mostly single story, single family residences. The Planning and Zoning Meeting is Tuesday, June 18th at 5:00pm. Please sign our online petition to oppose!
