Horrible treatment of stray cats in this shelter run by the Member of Parliment in Precinct 9, Putrajaya Malaysia. Cats were reportedly dying in the open, inflicted with Sporotricis symtom if left untreated will infect human. Runner of Centre must be charged against the Animal Welfare and Abuse Act already passed by the Malaysian Parliament as a deterrent to any offenders.
