Parent's fighting for their child's high school education

Biggest Bully of All is discouraging our students. 

As most families have, their has been few rough life events that have taken place in past couple years. Between illness and family passing, to major life changes.
Since my oldest started high school has been instead of supported just labeled as not interested. Now that my youngest is there too same instances.
Just want support from schools instead of everytime turn around pulling credits that had been earned and dropping the kids.
Who else struggles with this?
