Stop Sochi City Hall from Killing Strays

Authorities were supposed to give up the of killing strays after activists protested and although promising to build shelters instead they still have not done so.

Shooting stray dogs is common in many Russian regions despite the efforts of activists to stop this inhumane practise.

Dear Sir, I urge you to reconsider your decision to kill stray dogs in your region. Please do as was promised, to establish shelters for them. Please do the right thing for these innocent creatures who depend on us for their survival.
